For a stay including an evening away from the estate, itemise the privately reserved areas and outside services separately. Record the headcount for each departure, return times and the person receiving guests who leave early. A venue booking should not be assumed to cover every part of a multi-day programme.
Agree a short list of essential moments and family groups with the photographer. Specify coverage hours for each day, any second photographer and travel time. Sunset portraits need a place in the running order without leaving all the guests waiting for the couple.
One wedding story per featured venue or venue combination, with the original source and photographer credited.
