When a ceremony uses an area normally open to hotel guests, agree the reserved perimeter and the installation, event and restoration hours. Place guests, photographer and technical crew on an actual layout rather than relying on the area’s normal capacity.
A useful plan shows the route to drinks and dinner, service access and any waiting points. Ask the florist which arrangements can move after the ceremony, who moves them and how long this takes. Reusing flowers should not interrupt guest reception or delay dinner service.
One wedding story per featured venue or venue combination, with the original source and photographer credited.
