Compare an actual layout
For a 150-person dinner, obtain a plan that places tables, DJ, dance floor and service routes. A published banquet figure is a starting point, not a plan for your production. If dining outdoors, name the backup room and agree when it will be prepared.
A group stay within a resort
Price the rooms and villas allocated to your group with arrival and departure dates. A room category does not tell you which beds will be used or how guests reach dinner. Identify staggered arrivals and guests who attend the reception without staying on site.
What the quotation should separate
Compare event-space hire, any food-and-beverage minimum, installation, technical equipment, weather arrangements and accommodation as distinct lines. For a multi-day wedding, add welcome dinner and brunch separately: including them in a proposed programme does not establish that they are included in the reception price.
